This is all about one film of Ilford, shot in a remote valley by a little fjord on the Norwegian west coast.

My mission was to test out push processing of “Ilford HP5 Pluss” film, that is, I exposed the film at ISO 1600 and develop it as a ISO 1600 film. HP5 is a ISO 400 film. This was going to be just a test, but when I start shooting and look for exiting subjects, its not a test anymore. I have only 24 frames, you know, they all count.

I developed the film the same day.

…I load the film, first stop.
